• Transportation Free : Free of charge only from Lanta Saladan Pier to Hotel.

• Remark :
  All room rate are nett in Thai Baht and not including Breakfast, Cleaning the room, electricity and Water supply.

• Term and condition for Monthly rates :
  - Lessee has to pay for water supply at 10 baht per one cubic meter. (Paid on 2nd of each month)
  - Lessee has to pay for electricity at 5 baht per one unit. (Paid on 2nd of each month)
- This price is inclusive of room cleaning service once a week
.- The daily, low season rate is applied to guests who check out later than registered date, whether on the daily or monthly rate basis.
 - House cleaning cost is 200 Baht this includes changing of room supplies.
- In case of the change of room supplies, costs per piece are ;Pillow case 15 baht,
. Bed sheet 25 baht,Towel - Face - Towel and Foot Towel 20 baht.

No show charge : For the period of 1 Nov - 15 May, One month accommodation charge will be applied
   automatically for any no show reservation.

Room and accessories Rental Contract :
1. This price is inclusive of room cleaning service once a week.
2. Only guests who have their names on the registration card are allowed into the room. Guests who check out prior to their schedule cannot let anyone into complete the unused period.
3. The daily, low season rate is applied to guests who check out later than registered date, whether on the daily or monthly rate basis. 
4. A charge of 200 Baht will be applied for any guest who wants to change electricity and water metres which are in good condition.
5. Guest shall pay one month fee and another deposit equal to one month rental fee as colateral for any loss or damage to the room and accessories.
6. At least a 15 days notice must be made prior to early departure by guests.
Failure to do this will result in forfeit of the deposit and/or collateral.
7. A 30% quarantee is charged to reservation for the length of one to two months. A one-month deposit is needed to quarantee reservation for the ength of two months and over. The deposit is non-refundable.
8. Water and electricity metres start from the quests check in and from the figures on the dial of the metres. These figures shall be checked by the resort and guest upon check in.

We have 36 detached bungalows (3 double with king size beds,and 33 twins with two queen size beds) set in their own small gardens.
All the bungalows are brand new and have air conditioning and private bathrooms with hot showers.
The resort also boasts a large heated pool and terrace restaurant where the spectacular sunsets that Koh Lanta is famous for can be enjoyed over a beer or cocktail before tucking into an expertly prepared Thai or Western meal.
Every bungalows are fully equipped with air-conditioning, hot & cold water, shower, mini bar, TV, telephone.

Ruan Thai Restaurant :Our restaurant named "Ruan Thai" it mean the old Thai traditional house.
It was seperate in two section, on hill and beach area. The main restaurant on hill was well decorate with panoramic view to the sea which you can enjoy delicious food with stunning sunset.

We served both Thai and international cuisine with special fresh seafood from Andaman sea everyday.
Our sea food coner displayed the fresh for your selection. Our experience chef will change it to the most valuable and delicious dish with the classic of Thai style cooking.

We open from early morning until late night. You can used our service whatever when you are hungry.
